The 22-year-old asphalt shingles failed at the end of December. I called Top Pair Roofing and Ryan was out to inspect the roof in the first week of January. Ryan came to the house the next week with a comprehensive presentation that outlined Top Pair Roofing's commitment to safety, workmanship, qualifications, warranties and shingle choices. Once the date was decided, the delivery of materials and the bin arrived in the morning and the crew arrived in the afternoon. The crew of AJ, Phil and Terry were professional and courteous throughout the four days that they were on site. They were able to accommodate a request not to work on the office while it was being used. I was impressed with the cooperation shown between crew members. One of the crew was a relatively new hire and mentioned that when he was interviewing for the position, Top Pair Roofing emphasized safety and quality were the most important characteristics that they were looking for. Greg came to check on the progress and jumped in to help with the job. At the end of each day, all debris was picked up and tools were neatly stored under tarps. The bin was removed promptly when the re-roof was complete and the crew ensured the area around the house was cleaned and a magnet picked up any loose nails.
