Leaky Roof Inspection

Sometimes we never know what to expect when we’re going into a job, and that means doing a little bit of detective work to figure out what’s needed. With this job, we were called in for a suspected roof leak that turned out to be an issue with the fan unit in the bathroom—the unit hadn’t been properly sealed and was creating moisture which would drip right back into the house.

However, we also discovered some ventilation issues, as well as some rot. We did some repairs for the roof to last the winter, and then came back and removed and replaced the entire roof, which included pulling and replacing the rotten wood.
